  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a specific value (e.g., ₹999 or equivalent).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking 📍

  • Once your order (such as the Zaffrani Hair Oil or Co-earth Beauty Cream) has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package via our carrier’s website to see its journey from our Indian facility to your home.

  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country; these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Issues ⚠️

  • We take great care in packaging our glass bottles and jars.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can assist you with a replacement
